These terms govern your use of this store, which is operated by PUI HEI IP. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them.

1. About this store

PUI HEI IP trades in consumer electronics from Hong Kong SAR. The store is available in English, and all prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, where a price or description error has occurred, or where fraud is suspected. If we cancel, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices cover the product only unless stated otherwise; shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivery is estimated at 15 business days from dispatch. Full details are set out in our Shipping policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and damaged or lost parcels are handled under our Return and refund policy.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour, finish or packaging can occur between production batches and screens. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this store, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or using the store in breach of applicable law.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
