Shipping policy

All orders from PUI HEI IP are packed and dispatched from our Hong Kong SAR warehouse.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated shipping time

Delivery is estimated at 15 business days from the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and carriers can occasionally take longer during peak periods.

Shipping cost

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the delivery distance and destination zone. The exact cost for your address is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises after checkout.

Tracking your order

You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier system.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking has not updated for a long time, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated 15 business days, contact us within 7 days at service@circuvexir.shop so we can start a trace with the carrier.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging or the product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside Hong Kong SAR may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before paying. If an address needs correcting, contact us as soon as possible; once a parcel is dispatched we can no longer change the destination.
